Refund Policy
← Back to PoliciesOrders can be cancelled at any time until they have been assigned a tracking number and marked as "shipped". Any and all cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover payment processing. Cancellation requests will not be processed once an order has been shipped and the item(s) must be returned following our return policy below.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies for all refunds, unless you prefer store credit in which a 5% restocking fee applies to cover shipping and processing. All returned items must be received back by us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any online order can be returned in-store for full money back in store credit with no fees, but all refunds will incur the 20% restocking fee no exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you choose to receive your refund in store credit to save on fees, you may wait until the return is received and processed to use said credit towards your new pair. Please understand that there is always a risk of availability changing at any time and there will be no holds on anything without payment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days for refunds. For exchanges and/or store credit, your account will be automatically credited within 1 business day of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved and processed your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@sole-stop.com.
